On 6 February 2027, The Legend Of Rock Symphonic will bring together the power of rock’s greatest voices and the scale of a full symphony orchestra at ERGO ARENA, with Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden joining some of Poland’s best known rock performers for a special night on the Tri City concert calendar.
The line up brings together Bruce Dickinson, Perfect with Łukasz Drapała, Oddział Zamknięty and Grzegorz Kupczyk, accompanied by the Beethoven Academy Orchestra. The idea is to give classic rock an expanded musical dimension, combining the force of electric guitars and powerful vocals with orchestral arrangements designed for a large arena.
Bruce Dickinson Meets the Power of the Orchestra
For heavy metal fans, the presence of Bruce Dickinson is the headline that demands attention. As the voice of Iron Maiden, he has spent decades fronting one of Britain’s most influential heavy metal bands. His appearance gives this edition of The Legend of Rock Symphonic a major international name, while the Polish performers bring their own history and character to the stage.
Perfect, joined by Łukasz Drapała, will represent one of the defining names in Polish rock. Oddział Zamknięty brings another important chapter of the country’s rock history, while Grzegorz Kupczyk, known for his work with Turbo and CETI, adds a strong connection to Polish heavy metal. The Beethoven Academy Orchestra will provide the symphonic force behind the performance.
Rock Beyond the Amplifiers
The organisers promise more than orchestral backing for familiar songs. The production will include lighting and visual effects, alongside a Guitar & Drum Show featuring instrumental performances. The aim is to give classic rock and metal a different scale without losing the power that made the music endure in the first place.
Previous editions of the project have featured artists including Tarja Turunen, Marko Hietala, Krzysztof Cugowski, Kasia Kowalska and Marek Piekarczyk. The 2027 edition now adds Dickinson to that list, bringing a particularly compelling name from the international metal scene to the Tri City area.
For local rock fans, 6 February offers an opportunity to hear established voices and familiar rock traditions presented on a grand orchestral scale. Whether the attraction is Dickinson‘s unmistakable voice, the legacy of Polish rock or the combination of guitars, drums and symphonic arrangements, ERGO ARENA will be the place to be.
The Legend of Rock Symphonic takes place on Saturday, 6 February 2027, at ERGO ARENA, on the Gdańsk and Sopot border. The concert is scheduled to begin at 20:00.
