Organized by Knock Out ProductionGet ready for a seriously good time, because with Gutalax there really isn’t another option. The Czech goregrind lunatics have built a live reputation where brutal riffs, danceable grind and completely unrestrained humour collide, making standing quietly at the back of the room a rather pointless exercise. Add two excellent Polish support acts, Neuropathia and Nuclear Vomit, and you have the ingredients for one hell of a grindcore night.

We caught Gutalax during the first days of Mystic Festival 2026, and their show was easily one of the most entertaining gigs of the entire festival. There are plenty of bands who can play brutally fast, but far fewer who can turn a field full of metalheads into one giant, ridiculous party. Gutalax managed exactly that, with toilet paper flying, bodies moving and a crowd having an absolutely brilliant time. It was gloriously stupid, completely committed and impossible not to enjoy.
For Gutalax, the formula is gloriously simple. Their goregrind is fast, filthy and surprisingly infectious, with songs that somehow turn extreme metal into something resembling a deranged dance party. The lyrical subject matter is, naturally, considerably less refreshing, but fortunately the band’s shows come with their own form of ventilation, as toilet paper tends to fly through the room throughout the set. It is difficult not to love them.
The Polish dates of the “Pooland 2027” tour will also feature Neuropathia, the Białystok outfit who have been grinding away for 30 years. Their sound reaches beyond straight grindcore into death metal, hardcore and even rock, making them a veteran presence on the Polish extreme metal scene.
Completing the line up are Nuclear Vomit, who take the less is more approach and simply attack. Their combination of grindcore and death metal comes without unnecessary decoration, delivering exactly the sort of ugly, violent musical assault you want from a band called Nuclear Vomit.
The final stop is particularly interesting for us, as Gutalax will bring their beautifully ridiculous brand of grindcore back to Gdańsk. After what we witnessed at Mystic, we already know this is not going to be an evening spent politely leaning against the wall.
Bring your friends, bring your dancing shoes, and perhaps bring a roll of toilet paper, or even better, a toilet brush. You have been warned.
