Formed in 2008 with their breakthrough album “Męska Muzyka“, the trio – Wojciech Waglewski, Bartosz “Fisz” Waglewski, and Piotr “Emade” Waglewski – instantly captured the public’s imagination. The record, created with pianist Marcin Masecki, was both a critical triumph and a commercial success, swiftly achieving Platinum status.
Their follow-up in 2013, “Matka, Syn, Bóg” (Mother, Son, God), proved that lightning can strike twice. The album soared to the top of the charts within days of release, with the single “Ojciec” (Father) claiming the number one spot on the prestigious Third Programme Hit List.
Seven years later, in 2020, the Waglewski family reunited for their third project, “Duchy Ludzi i Zwierząt” (Spirits of People and Animals). This record showcased their signature versatility, weaving between tender, reflective ballads and vibrant, energetic rhythms, all while defying the boundaries of genre. As Wojciech Waglewski himself put it: “Our new songs are different than the old, prettier. The album will also be prettier and different…”
