Date: 11/10/2025In the spring of 2022, T.LOVE began a concert tour unlike any other, marking the 40th anniversary of their stage career. The return was particularly special because the band reactivated its historic line-up from the “King” era: Muniek Staszczyk on vocals and lyrics, Janek Benedek on guitars, composition and production, Jacek Perkowski on guitars, Paweł Nazimek on bass, and Sidney Polak on drums. The line-up was further enriched by Mariusz Nejman on keyboards, giving the group a wider sonic palette.
Over the decades, T.LOVE’s musical path has shifted through multiple styles. They began in the raw world of punk rock, later expanded into classic rock and roll, and eventually incorporated reggae and pop influences into their signature sound. These changes were often connected to the evolving line-up of the band. Still, many critics agree that the “King” formation represented the peak of their artistic chemistry, and it is this very combination of musicians that has once again taken the stage.
The Anniversary and Hau! Woof!
The year 2022 marked several milestones in the group’s career. Alongside forty years of activity, T.LOVE also celebrated three decades since the release of “King“, a record considered one of the most important in Polish rock. To mark the moment, the band released “Hau! Woof!“, their long-awaited new studio album. The record was promoted with three singles: “Pochodnia“, featuring Kasia Sienkiewicz of Kwiat Jabłoni, Ja Ciebie kocham, and the neo-rock’n’roll track “Ponura żniwiarka“.
“Hau! Woof!” went on to achieve gold record status, confirming that T.LOVE remains not only a legendary name from the past but also a band still capable of producing fresh, relevant, and widely appreciated music.
