Velnias
In 2006, Velnias, the god of the natural world enchanted in atmospheric black / doom metal, was founded in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. They describe their music as “the exploration of the macrocosm reflected in the fractal space of the blooming microcosm”. The album “Scion of Aether” released last year is a combination of majestic black metal with elements of sludge and folk metal.

Odium Humani Generis
The black metal quartet Odium Humani Generis was founded in 2015. The name of the band is undoubtedly inspired by the Latin phrase “odium generis humani” which means “hatred of the human race” and refers to the concept of misanthropy. On October 10, 2020, their debut album “Przeddzień” was released by the London label Cult Of Parthenope. The material resounds in the atmosphere of loneliness, darkness and nihilism, captured in an atmospheric, depressive black metal. This is the perfect soundtrack to wander the deserted streets on a foggy, icy night.
