Brass Wood Festival 2025 is bringing something truly special to Poland this summer. A festival where music and nature come together in a stunning setting, this year’s edition promises an unforgettable experience – especially with the exciting news that Morcheeba will be headlining.
Happening over two days – July 25th in Gdynia and July 26th in Sopot – Brass Wood is a carefully crafted musical journey, blending jazz, electronic, alternative, and soul in a way that makes every note feel deeper, richer, more alive. The evening in Sopot, like last year, will take place at the magnificent Opera Leśna, an open-air amphitheater surrounded by tall trees, creating a natural acoustic wonderland.
Brass Wood Festival is an experience where music breathes with the audience.
Morcheeba as a headliner feels like the perfect fit for the festival’s atmosphere. The legendary British band, formed in the 1990s, has spent decades refining a sound that is both hypnotic and soothing, intimate yet expansive. Their fusion of trip-hop, blues, and electronic elements has resulted in some of the most timeless chillout anthems of the past 30 years.
With songs like “The Sea“, “Rome Wasn’t Built in a Day“, and “Otherwise“, their music is a perfect soundtrack for summer nights – making them an ideal match for the mystical forest stage of Opera Leśna. Skye Edwards’ unmistakable voice, floating over lush instrumentals, creates an atmosphere that is dreamy and deeply emotional. Whether you have been listening to them since the ‘90s or are just discovering their sound, their performance at Brass Wood will be one of those magical moments that stay with you long after the festival is over.
For those who were at last year’s edition, this is the reason to come back. And for those who haven’t yet felt the magic of Brass Wood – this is your invitation to step into a world where music truly comes alive in the heart of the forest.
Dub FX: The Street Performer Who Became a Global Phenomenon

There’s another artist joining Brass Wood this year, with a deep connection to the country who has been captivating audiences worldwide – Dub FX.
Although not Polish himself, the Australian-born musician has built a strong fanbase here, performing at festivals, intimate venues, and even on the streets, where his journey first began. With nothing but his voice, a loop station, and a deep passion for music, Dub FX has redefined what it means to be an independent artist in the modern era.
His sound blends elements of dub, reggae, hip-hop, and drum & bass, all crafted live through beatboxing and vocal layering. Tracks like “Love Someone” and “Flow“ have become anthems of positivity and self-empowerment, spreading messages of unity and consciousness.
From the very beginning, he rejected the traditional music industry model, choosing instead to self-produce, self-release, and stay connected with his audience on a grassroots level. His rise to fame was fueled by viral street performances, proving that raw talent and innovation can break through without major labels.
Poland has always welcomed Dub FX with open arms, and his performances here carry an extra layer of energy.
