Korn changed the world of music with the release of their debut album, which became a benchmark for other bands in their musical genre, and the group’s lasting success is indicative of the band’s much broader cultural impact.

The Fader describes the musicians and their work: “There was an unexpected break in the pop environment, while Korn articulated a certain generational fear of claustrophobic, self-perpetuating consciousness”.

Since the band’s founding, they have sold 40 million albums worldwide, won two awards and seven Grammy nominations, completed countless concert tours and set many records around the world that may remain unattainable by other bands.

Jonathan Davis, guitarists James “Munky” Shaffer and Brian “Head” Welch, bassist Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu and drummer Ray Luzier continue to push the boundaries of rock, alternative and metal, remaining a mainstay of the genre for fans around the world. Korn’s level of achievement goes beyond accolades and platinum certifications, they are described as “a true powerhouse that current teams cannot match”.

They represent a new type of music and radical, innovative work, and their ability to go beyond genre boundaries makes barriers seem irrelevant.

In 2022, they released their 14th album “Requiem” and admitted that in 2024 they will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of the album “KORN“. They are preparing many surprises for their fans, including a concert in Poland.
