As autumn sets in and the Baltic winds whisper through the streets of Gdańsk, something far more electrifying will be brewing by the sea this November. Inside Seaside 2025 is back – and it’s shaping up to be the most exciting edition yet. With a bold lineup that dances across genres, continents, and identities, this year’s festival promises a multisensory experience that celebrates both chaos and calm, rebellion and romance.
Let’s take a dive into the first wave of artists announced – spoiler alert: there’s much more to come in the weeks ahead.
Inside Seaside 2025 Lineup
Franz Ferdinand – The Crown Jewel Returns
Headlining the festival with all the swagger and style we’ve come to expect, Franz Ferdinand are coming to Gdańsk like indie royalty. With their sharp hooks, intellectual flair, and unmistakable riffs, this Glasgow-based outfit needs no introduction. For over two decades, “Take Me Out” has been an anthemic rally cry for generations of gig-goers – and now, fresh off the release of their sixth studio album “The Human Fear“, they’re poised to remind us why they remain a cornerstone of British rock.
King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard – The Alchemists of Psych Rock
This is going to be such an event. On November 9th, Australia’s shape-shifting sonic scientists will team up with the Polish Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra for a truly one-of-a-kind performance at AMBEREXPO. Expect the unexpected as genres blur, time signatures collapse, and symphonic psychedelia takes the spotlight.
Liana Flores – A Whisper in the Noise
Opening the announcements for the festival’s UPstage, Liana Flores offers a moment of serene introspection amidst the chaos. Her sound – an elegant blend of English folk, bossa nova, and gentle pop melodies – is as airy as a late-summer breeze. With her soothing vocals and introspective lyrics, Liana invites us into a world of subtle beauty and poetic stillness.
THE PILL – Punk Poetry on Fire
On the other end of the sonic spectrum, THE PILL brings pure, unfiltered energy. This fierce duo delivers razor-sharp riffs and acerbic lyrics, channeling youthful angst with charm and fury. Their live show is set to turn the UPstage into a whirlpool of sweat, noise, and punk catharsis. Think social satire meets garage chaos—with a wink and a snarl.
Altın Gün – Anatolian Groove Revivalists
If you’re drawn to kaleidoscopic textures and worldly rhythms, Altın Gün are your golden ticket. This Amsterdam-based collective merges Turkish folk traditions with disco, psych rock, and synth-pop, crafting a hypnotic sound that pulses with both heritage and futurism. Their ERGO Hestia Theatre Stage set promises to be a dance-infused journey across time and culture.
DEADLETTER – Post-Punk Pandemonium
Described as “organized chaos,” this UK outfit has been turning heads with their raucous live shows and the critically acclaimed debut “Hysterical Strength“. With echoes of Shame and IDLES, DEADLETTER blends social commentary with explosive stage presence. Gritty, theatrical, and defiantly modern – they’re one to watch (and feel in your bones).
Sigrid – Pop with Purpose
From Glastonbury to Roskilde, Sigrid has captivated audiences with her blend of infectious melodies and emotional depth. Now, the Norwegian pop powerhouse brings her hits like “Don’t Kill My Vibe” and “Burning Bridges” to AMBEREXPO. Whether you’re a pop aficionado or a fan of genre-bending collaborations (see her duet with Bring Me The Horizon), Sigrid’s set will strike a chord.
Inside Seaside 2025 is where the boldest sounds hit the coast and the stage turns into a storm of rhythm, noise, and raw emotion. From headline icons to underground firestarters, this year’s lineup is already shaking things up—and we’re just getting started.
More names are on the way. More stages, more energy, more reasons to be there.
Lock in the date. Grab your tickets. Gdańsk is calling.
This November – Inside Seaside goes loud.
