Canadian singer-songwriter Alanis Morissette has unveiled plans for a 16-date UK and European tour next summer, sparking excitement among fans – and rumors of a possible Glastonbury Festival appearance. The tour will kick off on June 11, 2025, at Bergenfest in Norway, followed by festival slots and headline shows across Europe, including stops in Poland, Italy, Germany, and more.
Morissette is also scheduled to perform in Warsaw, Poland, at COS Torwar on June 19, before heading to other cities.
In the UK and Ireland, Morissette will play headline shows at venues such as Dublin’s Malahide Castle, Belfast’s Ormeau Park, and Cardiff Castle, wrapping up at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on July 5. Additionally, she will headline the Lytham Festival in Lancashire on July 4, sharing the stage with acts like Justin Timberlake and Simple Minds.
Her 2025 tour comes after a series of South American shows earlier in the year, including performances at Lollapalooza festivals in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. Fans can expect a mix of her classic hits like “You Oughta Know” and newer tracks from her recent EP “Last Christmas” and albums “Such Pretty Forks in the Road” and “The Storm Before the Calm“.
Tickets for the European dates go on sale on October 25, 2024. Keep an eye out for announcements regarding any potential Glastonbury appearance!
