“Imagine you are crossing a desert, uninhabited steppe. At some point in your exhausting journey, you notice a smoldering flame of fire in the distance, and indistinct figures above it. You do not stop wandering, something mechanically draws you to this strange picture. As you get closer, you hear the sound of monolithic drones, the twisted, distorted hum of a re-tuned guitar, melodious bass and that chanting voice … you fall into a trance. You sit down by the fire and three shamans from Portugal stand in front of you, indulging in a mesmerizing, industrial ritual: their musical cosmos is a psychedelic constellation orbiting around post-punk, krautrock tones, hooking somewhere on techno with its rough, metronomic rhythms. All this is given in the form of transcendental experimental minimalism”
